Meet our Team

Andrew is a charted accountant and insolvency practitioner.

Having worked as a company finance director for several years Andrew returned to public practice in 2004.

Since then he has worked both as an accountant and insolvency practitioner assisting SME businesses both in good times and in financial difficulty. He has a broad range of experience in dealing with companies in distress. Outside work Andrew is deputy chair of the Manchester high school for girls, governing body and spends time with his young family.

As a former Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association stephen has over 40 years of experience helping business owners and directors deal with financial challenges.

Stephen recognises that whilst all businesses can face the same financial issues, all companies are unique and therefore he doesn’t believe that one solution fits all. He has a reputation of being a straight talker and honest advisor who is both technically strong and commercial minded.

When not in the office, Stephen likes to be with his family in Anglesey and spending quality time with his grandchildren. Stephen is a long time Leeds United fan (clearly knows little about football)
